my niece says its time for me to make cup cakes for her class party at school.
 She told me ask JSH what kind of cup cakes to make. So, JSH what kind do i make?? (Her class has about 38 students)& its a second grade class.

whenever i make them for my kids to take into school. I get a yellow cake mix and rainbow colored frosting... The neatest thing to do though is to make them in the ice cream cones. Bake em, cool em, frost em, and put a cherry or whatever ya want on top of the icing. Looks like ice cream, lol. That way the whole thing gets ate. There's no liners and the kids always get a kick out of it

Well.. chocolate cupcakes w/white icing or yellow cupcakes w/choclate icing are always a hit.
However... if it was me.. today I am in the mood for something along the lines of apple cake with frosting ;o) I have a WONDEFUL recipe if ya need it D

Chocolate and frosting. As long as it has those two things you will be fine.
