I had a boss once who always said, "It's better to be pissed off than pissed on". I don't like confrontations, so it better be really valid and bad before I do it, and then, and then, and then, WATCH OUT!!! I'm freakin' Mount Etna!!!!! Bodies.... everywhere........

I will confront anyone if I feel I have cause. As a couple of people on this site already know...I do it in private, if at all possible, with the aim of working things out with them, again...if at all possible.
