yes......I dont give myself enough quieting of the mind though..... sometimes on my breaks at work I will just go to my car and listen to music and "think"

Yup, actually have my own space and am alone whenever I am not at work, other than the dog and cat, that is. I like company now and then too, but I spend most of my time alone or on here.
