protein ???
My first heart attack was caused by poor diet. I was pretty good on my diet then faded off. Feelin cruddy again. Know very well what to do. It would be great to feel better. I have to watch out for diabetes in my family. No full sugar for me and I dont eat alot of sweet foods...but then again I like carbs which turns into sugar when broken down, uggggggh you cant get away from it!!! Pretty much everything breaks down into sugar eventually. |

The only thing that sucks is I am an excellent cook. I can cook unbelievably heavy fattening food. My beef stroganoff would blow your mind. And arteries. |

There needs to be a balance. Your blood cells need high iron vegetables to function. Lettuce alone is roughage. No real nutritional value. Add high iron spinach, and tomatoes and you feel better.
