Topic: expressions of love | |
---|---|
I know for each person they like to have there partner express love in different ways, so what I am here to ask is 2 qeustions.
1 What tells you you're partner loves you. 2 what does love feel like to you, and how do you express it. |

1. That one special look, as she's sleeping quietly next to you.
2. Love feels like getting hit by a car. I've had both, and they were not pleasant. |

for one being told i love you is a way .. but for me its the little things
takin care of me if im' sick , just like i would do for him back rubs after a long day. a nice dinner for 2 after kids have gone to bed, sharing a desert picking me some flowers from the yard.. (or in my case buying some seeds so i can plant them and have them all year or at least when its time to bloom) i express it in all those little ways.. just would be nice to find someone who would appreciate all that i do..and show me the same in return.. |

hmm.. good questions..
1- well he tells me lol an I can tell from the way he looks at me the way he is concerned when Im having a bad day or just down. 2- love is the best feeling in the world! I get a huge smile an feel all warm an fuzzy inside, I express it by tell him or I'll have him listen to a song that I find fits us. |

Hmmm....
1 - It's the little things. Going out of their way to spend time with me. Putting their hands on my face and kissing my forehead. The touch...definitely something different in the touch. The eyes tell alot too. 2 - Again...the little things. The way I touch them is different. Some great quotes I came across some time ago: "Love is everything it's cracked up to be. That's why people are so cynical about it...It really is worth fighting for, risking everything for. And the trouble is, if you don't risk everything, you risk even more." - Erica Jong "Loves makes your soul crawl out from its hiding place." - Zora Neale Hurston "Love is the irresistible desire to be irresistibly desired." - Mark Twain "Love is more than three words mumbled before bedtime. Love is sustained by action, a pattern of devotion in the things we do for each other every day." - Nicholas Sparks |

Hmmm all very good questions, so I guess I should say my part, for me its the kiss.
when you kiss them and they look at you with that special look that the only thing that matters is you and the same for them....it quiet honestly just melts me down to the core. I guess I express love by telling here atleast once a day and making sure she allways is taken care of wether it be shes sick as said above or just simply sore and tired after a long days work. I cant explain enough how much I love that look women give us men, if only more men knew how precious the love of a women is, and didnt take it for granted. and why do you think I am a robot MM? |

1. I can tell my partner loves me by the little gestures he makes, like a hand on the small of my back, an unexpected glance, an offer to bring me something when he leaves the room, an occasional call from work, to see how my day is going. The little signs that he's thinking of me speak the loudest. And of course BTS.
2. To me love feels like a being wrapped in a blanket so warm and comfy I never want to take it off. It makes me feel like I'll never be judged, never be taken for granted and always be cherished. I express my love the same ways that I described that make me feel loved, as well as in the kitchen and the bedroom cause love makes me want to cook in both. Good night (((Angel)))...gonna turn in for real now...no pulling me back in this time. |

I know for each person they like to have there partner express love in different ways, so what I am here to ask is 2 qeustions. 1 What tells you you're partner loves you. 2 what does love feel like to you, and how do you express it. 1. First he tells me. The actual words are important but it goes beyond that. And that is the scary part and the exhilerating portion. Because you have to be willing to accept that based of faith and feeling and trust. You are handing over so much power to that person. Power to crush you into pulp but love is taking that risk. 2. Oh it is the monument, it is the ultimate. It is feeling like you are the most special person on earth. Everyone else is dull and diluted and the world passes by in shades of grey. The only time color ensues is when you think of them, speak of them, are with them. Nobody can touch you, nobody can even ever understand what is happening. Songs on the radio finally make sense. You writhe, you ache, you finally realize why you were born. You express it through everything you were born to be. You give them your mouth to kiss and fill with their words. You give them your hands to hold, those that will caress them. Your neck, that pulses blood to your brain, that gives you life, it is theirs to protect. Overwhelming and all consuming. You are filled with a sickness , the only cure is time and tenderness with them. Everyone can fall off the planet. Love is us, we invented the word. It was just a notion before us. Hot and hot. Hearthache and pain and suffering and sweet sweet satisfaction. To be in true love is the most painful thing I have ever experienced. |

I know for each person they like to have there partner express love in different ways, so what I am here to ask is 2 qeustions. 1 What tells you you're partner loves you. 2 what does love feel like to you, and how do you express it. 1) Everything about this person, what she does, what she says and how shw says it. Even the smallest things like a quick glance your way when you are in a crowd of people. She seems to be able to pick me out of a sea of wandering souls in search of something. When she tells me about her day, whether good or bad. When she caringly asks me about mine. Listening to what I have to say. When she encourages me to step out of the box that i call my life and try something new. When she laughs with me. The way she chuckles. When she smiles when she sees me. When she tells me she loves me, I know it to be true. When she tells me about her life and leaves out no detail because she trusts me to not judge her for it.When she leaves little notes for me to discover in my lunch which she packs for me, not because i want her to, but becuase she wants to. 2)Love to me is like an eternity of being happy. I find myself watching the clock for the time she will call.Looking forward to spending any possible moment of my day to hear her voice. It soothes away the aches of the day.I write to her and let her know that every waking moment of my day is filled with thoughts of her. Little poems, expressions from my heart and soul seem to come so easy. My heart aches when we are apart, knowing only hercan ease that ache. So much more. So much more. |
