I have a Ford F-150 with a straight six well I took it to the shop to get a tune up cuz I didnt have the time to do it myself, OMG can't believe it they broke the #3 and #4 plugs, they pushed #3 into the engine block and they can't get the #4 out of the block. I dont know what to do about it they are trying to fix it but I need my truck back. I have a feeling that I might have to get a lawyer. I knew I should have done it myself.

2-3 weeks to rip the head off fish out the broke plug pound out the 4th plug and rethread both the 3rd and 4th ports
