I want to make my online business a legit business from home.
Basically it's 100% online, no traffic coming to my home, no shipping from my home. I want to make it a legal business though, where should I go to see about what I would need to do? |

Taxation is no different....if i have a brick and morter location or I have a Web business....
As far as product placement and so forth not really any different either...just no walkins but you do have internet browsers... You need a good accountant and sound legal advise...and most of all a good Web designer.....if you need the designer email me and I can give you a reputable contact |

Everyone has to pay a tax....the important ones are the big ones...I am not arguing with you...but appearantly you are much better versed than I am in the business world...
To the OP: You will need to make some decisions, such as are you a flow through taxation or double taxation entity....Do you have a partner...do you have a business continuity plan...not a business plan....the resources are out there but most people are flying by the seat of their pants. Some are successful at it some are not...plan then execute and be willing to revise your plan |

did ya get a dba? I don't have a DBA yet. The sites are all set up and running and everything, I want to make them a legally recognized company or companies. I do sell products online, but they are dropped shipped from the warehouse, I don't actually do the shipping myself. I have a social network, two search engines, an online gaming site, an online dating site, an online store, a traffic exchange program, a webhosting site (reselling), and two adult sites. I want to make a main company and then have each site be a subsidiary, but I'm not sure what I need to do. |

As far as taxation, if it's a sole proprietor, wouldn't I get taxed as the business? |
