I have noooooo idea what to get my mom for mother's day
 any ideas? I've done the flowers, and dinner, and all the usual stuff but this year, I would really like to do something different. Any ideas?

Mani/Pedi, massage, makeover, gift basket of favorite foods and/or goodies. I wish my Mommy was still on earth. I did love spoiling her and she loved being spoiled.

As a Mother without a Mother, If you have or can find any old pictures leading up to mew ones...make her a Moms, Album, pictures of you and her, and your siblings if you have any.
Trust me.........she will treasure it!

I like to make her feel special. She does sooo much for us. And she's going into surgery and will be in rehab on mother's day. She is getting her knees replaced.
So once she can walk again, I wanna take her somewhere really cool

those are all good ideas....my Mom passed away many years ago So when my sister was alive I'd treat her to a mother's day gift of her choosing...now she is gone

 she's a stubborn one. She has even been wearing the same perfume since 1969 and it smells awful she doesn't like change very well

I don't have any ideas either...my mom is 80 and has everything she wants or needs....I am stumped...

 mothers day is still painful for me..mine passed away almost 7yrs ago from cancer..but sure makes up for my kids on mom's day!

something to pamper her .. and you know Jill my fav thing to do is just BE with my kids. I have 5, 4 in state, 3 still live at home. But we usually plant flowers on Mother's Day .. it's so much fun. and they always make me dinner. and clean the house .. hee hee |
