the real reason that we can't have the 10 commandments posted in a courthouse or public edifice is this: You cannot post "Thou Shall Not Steal," "Thou shall Not Commit Adultery," and "Thou shall Not Lie" in a building full of attorneys, judges, and politicians...it creats a hostile work environment which would only complicate things further.

If people would put the 10 commandments up in their hearts, they wouldn't have to put them on a wall.
