Peccy I hold it in as long as I can and succesful at it until that one certian person comes along and pushes me in the wrong way then I unleash all hell on someone that probably does not deserve it...

Depends what I am angry about. If it is something I can maybe do something about I will say something about it but if not then I probably going to do my best to let it go. Sometimes it takes a little garden therapy where I chop the heck out of the weeds lol.
