I just spent 20 minutes on hold for tech support just so I could geta tech that doesn't speak english betcha the call was routed outside the US anyway yesterday I stayed on the phone waiting for cust svc to pick up only to miraculously be disconnected I can relate

Ya know at that point.. It's fun to start screaming at an imaginary kid an cracking a belt across a counter top, while throwing your voice making it sound like a little kid crying and saying no mommy dont! I didnt mean to do w/e pops into your head... The person flips out hahahaha.
