make of friend requests of the same gender? I'm not gay, and accepting such a friend request might give them the wrong idea. What do you think?

Same-gender friend requests are what they are.. just friend requests. Why not be friends with people on here and still try to find true love?

I have friends from both genders on my friends list. Most of the really good friends I've made on here are women.

what's the big deal about getting friend requests from someone of the same gender.....I have both on mine, more woman then men but all are good friends. It is merely a friend request.

What do you think? u know i just got done reading a email from a member on jsh. and they also said i may be gay just because i got guys on my friends list. that is so funny to me,im way far from gay,its hillarious,lol

oh i forgot to mention the one who said i may be gay is a woman that refused me and all i did is ask her to be my friend and she wontr because i got guys on my friends list

I think I have more women on my friend list than men. Nothing wrong with having both. I have 9 pending requests.

If they have never communicated with you, you could easily choose not to accept. But, there's nothing wrong with FRIENDS of same gender. I have them and it's abundantly clear I'm not gay. There are so many nice people on here and they make this thing worthwhile.

i think this is more similar to goin to the bathroom in pairs... women can do that, men can't really.. you never hear a guy say to his guy friend "hey, run with me to the bathroom real quick, i gotta talk to ya about something" however, women don't go in pairs, they go in crowds lol i still stand by what i said earlier, a man's leaving a testimonial on a man's profile, i find the man a lil more truer to himself, and a lil more interesting than a man, with only women leaving him testimonials
