After a rash of messages, I had to add things to my profile I thought wouldn't need saying. But I guess many people don't fit my idea of what a reasonable message.

This is what I had to add:

1. I don't talk to blue boxes.

2. I don't answer messages that only say a variation of Hi. There has to be something I can reply to and that indicates you read my profile.

3. If you IM me, I will look up your profile first. It there is nothing in common in there, or nothing in there at all, then I won't accept it.

I know we have talked about this before, but I can't believe I had to break down and post it at the top of my about me.

well since you added it to your profile, why post it here?

just because two people have nothing in common , dont mean they cant become great friends or have a great relationship . me and my ex-wife were married for 16 years and we had nothing in common ..

Why not tell them to all go F u c k them selfs. Just sounds that way.

I mean come on now, not every one has a web cam and or camera and can take pics of them selfs 24 / 7 like some people can, etc.

If you don't want people to speak to you online.. then why not just deleted your profile and move on.

Sorry I just feel if you dont' want to speak to any one rather they have a freakin blue box or yellow or black box whatever the case maybe that's nuts.

So what if they have noting listed in there profile as something in comment with you, if you don't give that person a chance thne maybe you wouldn't know they could be holding out on putting everything about them selfs in there profile, I mean some people do do that.

But if you both have everything in common , it will be a boring relationship..

I talk to everyone...even if all they say is hi. they may not know what to say at first. usually when i email hi back...they open up more. i could miss out on a great friendship if i didn't try

ppl don't read the profile etc...

sometimes u just have to lay it out..

it gets tiresome and there isn't enough time to write sweet kind things to everyone...

I have it clicked to not get anything from blue boxes and I still do..

I only respond if it has to do with them writing of support and telling me of their son or daughter or themselves being in the militarty..

Thats why I keep saying I need a secratarty..cause I can't keep up..

And when u delete the views..it's 1 at a time..and even when u delte one..next thing u know they are there agin ..and have to do it again..and they aren't on line so they aren't clicking back as I click them off..

Lastly..ppl may read the post but don't participate..so the message gets across to them also...
