hmmm--only smoke 2 or 3 cigs a day----only five days a week--none at home inside nor weekend----like to keep my house nicotene free

My sister said I have to set a target date to be totally smoke free and when that day comes even if I still smoke to just throw em out..she's done this and hasn't smoked in 4 years
