well you need some bens gay stuff and a compfy spot ,,,chair in front of
computer will kill ya to !!
i went to the gym and then the hot tub tonite ,,hot tub helps as long as
you aren't swelling ,,then you need ice ,,or even switching hot and ice
,,,bens gay stuff helps a bit or tiger balm ..or even hot sauce ,,but
that will burn the skin a tad

i already had one operation on mine they wanna do another but i dont
wanna they say my other choice is to wake up one morn and not be able to
walk,im a little beyonde ben gay unfortunately..lol

ya they cant fix me either ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but it helps alittle

My friend has found a natural treatment for aches and pains, a natural
antiinflammatory - she swears by it, at health food stores. Apparently
the Chinese started using it. She swears if she stops using it, she
hurts. Don't know if it will help you at all but might be worth trying
but it is Sea Cucumber, comes in pill form. Don't know what it is about
it, but she swears it helps her backache and her knees.

My girlfriend suffers from severe sciatica and I am going to get her
some to try. Might be worth trying.
