i know z .....i cant help it lol...but i did screw up yesterday and had a cigerette but it was so nasty i couldnt finish it and didnt smoke any after it yet so one in 7 days isnt to bad and ive been reefer free for a lil bit now too pretty much right after poet quit i did too.:D
