poet.. my dad gave me a trick for quitting.. he told me to "just tell
yourself you'll wait 5 more minutes.. then increase it to 10, then 15 .. slowly.. till day one is done.. then.. try 1 hour, 2, 3 .etc.. till it becomes DAYS..* it's worked for ME thus far.. been 5 days now.. NOT easy.. but.. it's ONLY a Decision.. the straw thang didn't work for me.. I accidently choked on a piece of the first straw
