Topic: Anyone feel the Earthquake | |

last night?? I thought I was dreaming it until I woke up and saw a headline 5.2 Earthquake Hits Illinois. I was in shock, many of my friends are now feeling the aftershock of it.

Some of my friends felt it in Madison, WI.
I must have missed it though. |

I live in the O'Hare area and I woke up at 430am with **** falling off my shelf and my night stand shaking. I didn't know what was going on and I was half asleep. I woke up this morning to hear there was an earthquake.

Yes, it woke me up by literally shaking my bed. I tried to go back to sleep but, everyone in my hometown started calling to make sure we was o.k.....

They say ppl in Columbus felt it too but i must of slept thru it....

I read that they could feel it Des Moines and all the way down in Atlanta. Which surprised me. We didn't feel it here in Omaha. Atlanta is awfully far away.

They just said that people in Alabama called saying they felt it. I was awake at that time and didn't feel anything. Oh well.

I think Bloomington, IN had some of the aftershocks. My room started shaking around 5 or so this morning

Shook the house at 4:30 this morning and woke me up! I thought the cat was causing my bed to shake with her running and playing, but no, it was the whole house. There was another one at 10:15 or are aftershocks that late?
