I spent twenty years consulting to so many companies and governement agencies, I lost count! I have had been through so many interviews, I was told that with my technique, that I could write a book on how to interview and land a position every time.

Never read into interviwer's behavior! One's own perceptions are most often completely wrong.

Do follow-up! Call them every few days asking any follow-up questions that you can come up with and to see if they have made a decision yet? Persistence and showing a clear interest will set you apart from your competition and make you the winner!

Thanks for the tips, I'll call them in a day or two and see what's going on if I don't hear from them first.

It does seem like they have a high turnover rate, but they don't seem to be really strict, it seems like a pretty laid back company, as long as you do your job.

I've already memorized their number, I've called them so many times between yesterday and today. I don't even remember what the number is for the place I work at now. laugh
