After consuming aspartame products (such as diet coke) for a while I notice that my face starts to break out - not pimples, but "blotches". When I discontinue such products my face clears up. Anybody else experience any kind of reaction from aspartame, or other artificially sweetened products? Sounds like an allgeric reaction. I've never had that problem. |
