Always drink as much gatorade as you can before passing out. I try to drink a whole bottle. You seriously won't feel a thing the next morning. It's all about the electrolytes baby! |

they say drink as much water as you have alcohol, and you shouldnt get a hangover Sorry.. You cannot drink enough water.. You will just expel what you do not absorb. What you absorb, will be counteracted by the alcohol. The hang over is the beginning of alcohol poisoning and dehydration. It is a good idea to drink as much fluids and electrolytes as possible after the fact. Maybe.. If you hydrate introvenously while drinking? |
