I am DJing a wedding recetion this weekend. There will be 2 father-bride dances due to a step father. My question is...Should I play the songs back to back or maybe play a song in between? Also any suggestions as far as what the son in law may want to dance with the brides mother? The father bride songs are

Daddy's little Girl Kippy Brannon
My little girl Tim McGraw

I would break them up with the mother in-law in between. But would ask the bride or groom which song for him to dance with his mother in-law. Sure they would know a good one for that part.

There is a song shshsh something about have you never seen an angel it is talking about your mother being an angle it is a country song and pretty new will have to see if I can remember it. I thought it was pretty dedicated to mothers. Maybe I can remember it later and post it for you.

Hmmm...tough call. I am sure that this won't be the last time that you have this situation either.

There are two dances right? One with step-dad and dad?
My gut tells me that Dad gets the best song and not the same song.
