Never go with out Ketchup heinz, A-1 sauce when traveling. Can make a bad meal more palletable(did I spell that right) taste better.
Heinz cause someplaces carry cheap, nasty Sysco ketchup, yuck. My husband was an over the road truck driver. You can get some pretty crappy meals out there. |

We had a seasonal campsite, Our friend Floyd who is PR, used to make food all the time and bring some from his wifes stand. Yum, so everyone at the campground called them PR pork chops. Its just porkchops with the bone and the seasoning cook over an open fire. You can do them at home, but the fire taste the best. I'm not sure if the pig spoke spanish. |

I live in a mixed community, my old neighbor was constanting cooking, oh yum. Hey Dee you got to try this,PR style Cioppino, loved the calamari. For Christmas, our pizza deliver guy Louie, had Sangria from his relatives in PR. Holy moly that stuff rocks. Plus the root veg, just adore. I have to go to Produce Junction for that and latinos get a big kick when I ask , actually point at them. I'm babbling, sorry. |
