Sure, why not? I'd just use the mute button at the appropriate time! As a director in a large nation-wide corporation, I often held national tele-conferences with dozens of employees on. If nature called while on these conferences, my office phone was wireless and had a headset, so I could readily take care of "other" business when necessary. Again, there's nothing like a mute button for discreetness! No one knew the better!

Nope, that is just nasty. I guess I am a germaphobe, plus it is downright rude. If one of my friends called me and I heard bathroom noises in the background I would promptly hang up, and probably not talk to them again
