I've gone up to 50 miles so far. It depends, too, on if she has a phone and can use it to call me and take calls from me. Most of the people here, I've found, do not know how to use a telephone. It's strange.

If I was in regular phone contact with someone, I'd go up to a couple hundred miles every couple of years. If I was in the neighborhood, I'd detour about 10 or 20 miles to see someone when I travel to West Virginia, central Jersey or San Diego. Otherwise, not that far.

For a regular every day relationship, every week, or every month, I'd prefer someone in the town or two south of me (in between me and work). One town's about 10 miles away and the next is 20.

Apparently. One with a phone # but disconnected. Another with a phone but not returning calls and a third with a phone but doesn't want me to call (at least she's honest about that, I think?)

Well I travel 600 miles several times to be with my high school sweetheart, thinking that after all the kind, loving letters and the motel time he really loved me, then after a year and half received a letter saying sorry I can't lose my home or marriage. which he never told me about. But yes I would travel again if it was for the right person

Under my circummstances, I cannot travel anywhere, Unless I bring my parents.

I have driven six hours to see someone. For the right person, I'd do it again!

I don't think I would travel very far. I can get my heart riped out locally.
