I know there is a time difference of between 6 to 9 hours (Depending on where you are in the States) to where I am. At the time of typing, it's 0.15am Tuesday, So for the past year or so I've been living on your time to keep in touch with friends over there.
Has anyone else here altered their routine for this reason, regardless ofhe distance ? |

I WORK all over the country, via email. So.... yes, I've altered my life due to time zones. I've gotten up WAY early to call someone first-thing on the east coast and I've stayed on my computer way late to contact someone in Hawaii at the tail-end of their day.

At present my sleep pattern is so weird, I'm gong to bed when the mailman arrives in the morning and getting up in the evening when he makes his last delivery.
