Topic: Falling in love or just confused? | |

We are planning a meeting and all that has been said here, I have also thought. I know I need to meet her before I can actually believe that I may be falling for her. Nervousness is plentiful. It is excited nervous and not scared nervous... right? |

Hello everyone! I have a question for all to ponder and reply to. My question is this.....Is it possible to fall in love with someone on one of the dating sites based mainly on email and IMing and without ever meeting her/him in person? Great conversation is important in any relationship but is that enough to say that you may love that person? Or could you just say that you are emotionally confused and being blind to the physical portion of that relationship? Gee Woody was it the warbles? |

I would think it would be completely possible as long as both parties are honest with each other and with themselves. But then honesty seems to be a rarity on the internet. *shrug*

Have to meet in person. I've met people online, had great conversations, seemed to really really connect, and then met after several months of this and had absolutely no chemistry with them in person. No connection that takes it from friendship to more than friends.

I mean seriously..if people could be honest in person..would any of us be on this site..would there be a need for sites like this?

I think I'm pretty honest. I'm just too damn picky.

Why are not poeople just, plain and simple, honest at all times? Why tell someone one thing, and actually mean another?

Why are not poeople just, plain and simple, honest at all times? Why tell someone one thing, and actually mean another? Fear of rejection. Fear of hurting the other person. Just plain selfishness. Plenty of reasons really. Doesn't make it right, but there are plenty of reasons. |

The THOUGHT it was a REAL, CLOSE inside FIRE, of LOVE,,,,,before,,,meeting them,,,,. THEN, found out THAT,,"WE", were NOT lovible as a pair.. And I personaaly feel,,NO-ONE,,can trully say they are INLOVE, until they really meet, share, live, TIME, together,... I mean at least a couple of months,,,to really feel-the other ones,,,,true heart... |
