It means they don't want to put forth effort. It's what people do to people they just want to see if they'll respond, but don't really care about.

a guy who doesn't know what to say would lose my interest in about 30 seconds flat. Look at the positive side....you give them a chance to open up and if they still don't...you say lets be friends....its not that complicated.....If they are interested they will talk....You gave it your best shot |
