i know hes knows i'm trying to get over the mental abuse.i feel like no one treats me right You need to get away from that as soon as possible. You will feel so much better once you do. I really wish I could help you get out of that situation.

well its his house i live rent free.i'm recovering from severe mental abuse he punishes me but not letting me on the comp just to annoy me he constantly tells me i'm going to meet a loser and get pregnant i know hes knows i'm trying to get over the mental abuse.i feel like no one treats me right Forgive me for saying so, but you're NEVER going to "get over mental abuse" if you continue to live with someone -nevermind that you're not dating him- who keeps the mental abuse going!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you truly hope to get over it, you HAVE to get away from it. Nobody can mentally abuse you unless you let them. And right now, you are letting your stepdad/roommate do it. Wendy is right, get out of there as soon as you can! I wish you luck. Darren |

Here's a free anti-keylogger, I haven't used it, but it may help.
http://www.myplanetsoft.com/free/antikeylog.php Also, Spybot search and destroy may be able to get rid of it. http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html Try running your computer in safe mode than scanning and cleaning the keylogger out. Also make sure you have antivirus, AVG personal is free www.grisoft.com A firewall would also be a good idea. I think ZoneAlarm still has a free version. www.zonealram.com That should get rid of the keylogger and anything else on your computer. |
