calling it a day. go for it and just give it 20-30 mins and do some stretching at the end. ![]() don't be a wuss |

Do 10 push ups and call me in the morning.
I'd give my right leg to be able to go right now. I walked three miles outside today. I'm afraid to run: if I trip and grab something I could re dislocate my shoulder, but soon as I can go I will. The doc said I can only do side stroke in the pool. I won't be able to do the crawl until late summer. Bummer. If I was there, we could go to the Y and I'd run a couple of miles on the treadmill with you or you could show me how to lift. I need some lifting coaching. But for now, I'm sticking with the physical therapy exercise. How far away is the gym? You can make good or make excuses, eh? If you go, you'll feel good, if you don't, you'll feel wretched. So, get up your get up and go! |
