I've been in Augusta County before and it is a metropolis compared to where I live. Of course I enjoy the laid back slow paced life of a small town. No sirens, no trouble, might see 1 or 2 vechicles a day. And everybody waves when they come by. If they don't wave you know they are a stranger to these parts.
