Hey there. Maybe I'm dumb but I can't instant message. Whenever someone tries to IM me I click yes and my computer freezes. Then I woudl disable my pop up blocker then the same thing happens. What the hell am I doing wrong?

ok I am new to the site. I try to validate my email address. Now whenever i send the link to my email address and the link says to varify it, i can't click on it. So what do I do? Is there a number i can call or is this the only way. Thanks
