We are here to work things in this to get out into higher vibrational level. I certainly don't understand perfectly the astral matrix, but by following the light and unconditional love, we can get out of it. Yvan poirier, from la presse galactique told that this is likely to be our last incarnation on this planet, as the earth's vibrations are raising. So we might get a new humanoid body after our journey here.
