The little hose that takes windshield cleaner from it's holder to the sprayer on my car windshield split open. Trying to avoid the hassle of getting it fixed, I used a drinking straw and duct tape to try and fix it myself. Inserted both ends of the hose into the straw and taped it together. Worked for 2 days.

One of the most important inventions of the late 20th century has to be the automatic coffee maker. Wake up and already smell the finished pot. Now if I could just get it to deliver to my bedside. Amen. Perhaps I should just move the coffee pot into my bedroom. Unconventional but still... an idea. |

What's that old saying? "You can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink".
No you can't make anyone care for their children. You can encourage positive interaction, but ultimately, the choice is theirs. |

Thanks for asking... but I'm already having one! Gotta wake up and get to work.
As for romance, I think it's a two-way street. Trouble is, ya gotta find someone who wants to take that drive ;) Good luck! |

Actually, adopting seems to be the easier softer way. The paperwork and scrutiny of a homestudy and background checks are their own special labor pains. But the journey is so worth it! |

I want to adopt. Luckily I am talking to one wonderful woman right now and I'm not sure what will become of it as we haven't even met in person yet, but she has the same views if not more aggressive views on adopting as I do. Bravo to both of you!! My sons are adopted and I can't imagine loving them more than I do... it's a great (not easy, but great) way to build a family! Good luck! |

And yet... there are those who will love without trust, just to "say" they are in love. I'm not judging, but it makes me sad. I too think the greatest compliment is trust and do not think love can be had without it.

As often as we wanna... is there a required number??? Shag well and shag often kinda thing?
I think it's about what works for the two folks in the relationship. I prefer it to be often, but eh, whatever works. |

George MacDonald (Victorian author and poet) said, "To be trusted is a greater compliment than to be loved."
Do you agree? |
