Topic: Can long distance relationship work

Is the concept of long-distance relationships sustainable in the long run, or do the inherent challenges outweigh the emotional connection? Can technology truly bridge the gap between partners physically separated?

I feel like anything can work if everyone involved puts in equal effort and really wants it to work. Nothing worthwhile is ever going to come easy in life period.
