I dont think this age difference should be a issue the fact the
female was enjoying all that was going on when things are going
good !! the facts should be stated and she should without a doubt
be convicted of falsifying a police report especially if the
couple has friends to testify she consented to the affair
and all the acts !!I dont see no crime of any kind this
age difference should be overlooked !!!and at the discretion of
the courts to determine or take special interest in the case this has to happen now for any manditory min sentence to be altered by the judge otherwise the judge is just there as a referee between the piece
of crap da and the defence attorney and client the da can give one person 1 month and another 2 yrs for the same offence the judge wont
say anything he just convicts!! unless you study law you are subject
to have the da basically rape you!!!! so the bottom line is some
cases are the same some different and should be dealt with on a case by case basis upon the circumstances!!! im sure if some underage girl was sneaking up on it while your sleeping you will be charged .,so dont wake up then your safe from any criminal wrong doing !!! stay a sleep

Lets start with the fact that some underage females are
very mature and experienced and do consent to having
sex with there older boyfriend any 15,16,17 yr old female
are sometimes the more aggressive in the relationship!! a male
up to his mid 20s sometimes is no more mature sexually or
mentally than the female ages listed above!! sometimes age is
just a number its hard to except a 35-40 yr old male dating
a underage teen!! a 18 - 27 yr old male would not be that
hard to except besides the fact these young girls have dated
older men usually that people usually have no knowledge of
NOW if the teen has been attacked ,forced,raped with force
there is no excuse for any person this is a crime and should be

sent to the cell with bubba to figure out whos going to be the husband and whos going to be the wife !!!!!! thats alll

I really disagree! he had no right to detain or restrain
this homeless person on the facts stated! he brandished a cool
tattoo! there is no specifics to any lewd or indecent exposure
from what i read!! also the fact of panhandling in these places

along the road is common, and if it is so illegal there would BE
no one doing it! the fact you stated again the attacker should
of detained him or restrained the panhandler under a citizens
arrest!! well to me this is called false imprisonment and
kidnapping holding some person against there will for
a short time as a minute constitutes the crime of both
stated above !!!like the judge stated he attacked a
harmless person trying to get a little beer money, and i
think this guy had other issues and took it out on the begger
anyone married for a long period has to deal with all kinds
of disrespectful acts and this is not how we react to them
because you end up in prison with bubba or divorced TURBO
