Get help as soon as you can,
there ain't no worries in this world taht will put you to the gutter.

As a matter of fact,
here in Finland it's 11 am
and I started with a shot of the best Scotch whiskey (17 years old) and a beer.
Feeling OK.

A Finnish advice:
Go to work on monday morning?
Just stop the drinking before Sunday 6 am.
Easy to say, hard to handle.
