a friend of mine gave me a leg of deer last night. Skinned and cleaned and ready to cook He thought he was doing me a favor but I have no way to even cook it (no barbecue) How do you cook a deer leg? The dang thing weighs about 20lbs I Don't have a clue, i have never eaten deer
