This is just an idea I saw on an artist's show. Turn a face upside down to draw it. It removes the humanity and the training your eyes see in faces. Takes them to an abstract level enabling one to draw it. Your eyes see an object, as opposed to a face. That sounds really cool, I'm going to have to try this!! Thanks :)
