Home is different than it used to be.I know I would like a place for my heart to be...complete. It has never been a physical structure. Ownership for those in my heart's reach is like owning the heavens. I do know this...I have heard the echo from my abyss. I could not see the sound nor hear the light. In the wee moments when you would rest once were your cradles filled were my breasts, Lullaby hums cooing cuddles sweet held close my babies, my bundles. Soon and so quickly while I was blinking out of my arms you grew to your thinking. A life your own I’m filled with sublime wrapped in grand joy re-living time seen in a distance perspectives allow knowing love grows mine then, yours now. we met on a sadderday you turned it into a funday we made up words and listened to new classics over an old ipod i was taking swigs off a stolen wine bottle and you were eloquenty sipping out of it we through the word giddy around a few times without saying a thing it was a nice day to walk but we sat under a bareleafed tree and pretended me were shady it was something something i remember vividly in my imagination as the day began to nod off -- i stared at each and every star at once and you counted them all in my eyes we shared an apple bite for bite a snake slithered by and it made us think i could tell what you were thinking but cannot remember my thought an unawkward silence lingered somewhere out of nowhere we laughed with our toes as the wind brushed through you're hair So down to the toes on this one. I love it...Who says you can't see the moon in daylight... |
