It's a time to take a look at the fall colors, watch the squirrels collect their food for the winter, think about loved ones you've lost, think about the peeps that ARE in you life and how lucky you are to have them. It's a time to appreciate your family, watch some old TV shows, clean you home and pet your animals. Enjoy it! Be comfortable with yourself.
You're not in traffic, you're not at work, nobody is *****ing at you, the sun (might) be shining and it's a good day.

It's a balance my dear.

Alone time is good. Gives you a chance to think about the friends you have and how much the people in your life mean to you. Also, don't have to listen to the blah, blah, blah everyone else has to say. I get crazy if I don't have alone time.
