I'm hoping to get over there from Australia in the next 12 months, have heard alot of good things.

A couple of things about Australia-

- they've got a buttload of incredibly scary, incredibly dangerous (meaning DEADLY) creatures out there. In fact, I've heard eight (or more) of the ten most deadly snakes live there, as well as a great many poisonous spiders.

- don't be surprised if the concept of "chivalry" (opening doors up women, etc.) is all but nonexistent there, as that's just something they don't practice.


Your dead on about the animals, but as for the "chivalry" Well I don't know where you visited, but from the day I was big enough to open a door, I was taught to open it for a lady.

I've travelled the world and have loved so many places but, but if you want to experience somewhere like no other come visit us in the "Land Down Under"

Sure is, in all my travels this world never ceases to amaze me, neither do the people.

My mates have been snowboarding in the French Alps and said it was Awesome, I'm heading there in March so I hope there right.
