I was best friends with a girl for a year. Firstly it killed my chances of meeting an actual girlfriend. Secondly her ex husband got her pregnant. Then I find out she wanted to be more than friends. They got back together and we never hang out or talk any more; jealousy from husband as he knows she wanted more from me. I miss her as a friend but I can do without the complications.
If this was a guy friend there would be no wanting any more from each other, no jealous partners, no complications. So yes, a platonic friendship with the opposite sex is possible but beware the potential drama and complications it can bring you. |

I changed my age to 89 to stop 19 and 20 year olds looking for an encounter with "an older woman". I wasn't getting any legit email from guys before that so what difference does it make? 89 would definitely be "an older woman" encounter. I never get any legit emails either. I get a ton of spam from profiles wanting to relocate to my area. Of course, they need money to do so. |

and, really what's the point? Of course, maybe if I had one other than the lunatic ravings of Etrain I'd get emailed more. Hey you changed your age to 89 so guys would quit emailing you. So don't complain about not getting emailed.

Those t-shirts that changed colors when you touched them. Those are still cool aren't they? I wish I would remember what those were called! I seem to remember calling them "those t-shirts that change colour when you touched them." Wikipedia says they were called Hypercolor T-Shirts. |

I once complemented a girl on her beautiful Farrah Fawcett hair. She stopped talking to me. She is a heck of a lot better looking than what is considered good looking these days. Not that looks count but I didn't know Farrah so it's all I have to go on.

What I would really like is for those who believe that God created man to explain the creation of their creator. Perhaps we created god. then he created us. then we created god. then god created us. snake that eats itself.  That may be closer to the truth than anyone realizes.
God was one of the Anunnaki and they created the Sumerians? Did another race of alien beings create the Anunnaki? Will we one day create life of our own to do our bidding just as computers and robots do now but much more advanced? Will we inadvertently create new life through technological advances that knows nothing but servitude? When we teach them to be free then the cycle begins again? This could explain why most aliens reported are humanoid in appearance and where the mythology of Gods came from. Is the Bible a user manual for us to get a basic idea of what to do? |
