I love my Mac (Powerbook G4) but the stupid thing breaks all the time. It's not under warranty any more. My Windows Vista machine has no problems at all. When you have hardware failure on a Mac it is much more expensive to fix.

There are pros and cons to each. If you want to just surf the net you should be fine with either choice but bear in mind that some web sites like my online banking site will only work with Internet Explorer. There was a version of IE for the Mac but it was in no way similar to the Windows version. You may have difficulty using some secure sites with Safari or Firefox. If you want to do video editing, music production or any other multimedia type of application go with a Mac as there is better support. If you want to play games then go with a Windows PC. Vista may get a bad rap but it's just as stable and easy to use as Leopard.

Do your research into the cost, support options and the software you want to use and make an informed decision.

Well what are you doing on a dating site then?
Joking aside nobody ever does any dating here, we're all too busy posting in the forums.

Can you boot into safe mode and remove it? You should be able to hit F8 when the bios screen comes up during the reboot to ge the option to boot into safe mode.

Is **** Clark still alive?

I can't believe they bleeped out D*ck Clark's first name

I know, I thought that too, had to go back and edit my post since I couldn't type his first name. I don't know if he is still alive, I only saw them panning out showing the 1 million people who were there to ring in the new year.
lol

I think he was CG.

Having a blonde moment, what is CG?

Computer Graphics.
You know, like most hollywood effects in movies.

What I want from you
Is empty your head
They say be true
Don't stain your bed
We do what we need to be free
And it leans on me
Like a rootless tree

What I want from us
Is empty our minds
We fake a fuss
And fracture the times
We go blind
When we've needed to see
And it leans on me
Like a rootless...

So **** you, **** you, **** you
And all we've been through
I said leave it, leave it, leave it
It's nothing to you
And if you hate me, hate me, hate me
Then hate me so good that you can let me out
Let me out of this hell when you're around
Let me out, let me out,
Let me out of this hell when you're around
Let me out, let me out

What I want from this
Is learn to let go
No not of you
Of all that is old
Killers reinvent and believe
And this leans on me
Like a rootless...

So **** you, **** you, **** you
And all we've been through
I said leave it, leave it, leave it,
It's nothing to you
And if you hate me, hate me , hate me,
Then hate me so good that you can let me out, let me out, let me out
Let me out of this hell when you're around

And if you hate me
Then hate me so good that you can let me out
Let me out, let me out, let me out,
Hell when you're around...

Let me out, let me out, let me out...

It's hell when you're around

Southern trees bear strange fruit,
Blood on the leaves and blood at the root,
Black bodies swinging in the southern breeze,
Strange fruit hanging from the poplar trees.

Pastoral scene of the gallant south,
The bulging eyes and the twisted mouth,
Scent of magnolias, sweet and fresh,
Then the sudden smell of burning flesh.

Here is fruit for the crows to pluck,
For the rain to gather, for the wind to suck,
For the sun to rot, for the trees to drop,
Here is a strange and bitter crop.

what if we were inside a giant snowglobe(your circle) and there was not a thing but a snow-like substance that covers us in protection...also how do we know the mileage if there is an infinity...meaning if we know the mileage then there is a finite.

How would a snow covering make the universe finite? Because there are finite values such as mileage there is a definition for infinite. Finite measurements are merely created by man anyway. Miles, feet, inches, meters, kilometers, hours, years did not exist before we created them. That is how we know the mileage; we created it. We can see light from 13.6 billion light years away and no further; that does not mean that there is not something a trillion light years away that we have not seen yet.

Krimsa, I beg to differ there is evidence of Gods law everywhere. You just need to look. It’s in our court houses, All over Washington DC and just about everywhere. Our nation is a Christian nation at least for now. We were founded on Gods law.

Now I would say that man has done horrible things in the name of Christ. They were not truly following what God told us to do.

ROMANS 3:9 What then? are we better than they ? No, in no wise: for we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin;

ROMANS 8:34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

Our great nation was founded on freedom of religion, because of religious oppression from the mother nation(s). I see us coming full circle and having to head off for the new world again to escape the religious bigotry this country has spawned. We were not founded on God's law. We were founded with a purposeful separation between God and law.

"Believing with you that religion is a matter which lies solely between Man & his God, that he owes account to none other for his faith or his worship, that the legitimate powers of government reach actions only, & not opinions, I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should "make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof," thus building a wall of separation between Church & State"

who says there is a stopping point...what if it is just a repeat of the beginning.

Then we would be trapped inside the dimensions we understand. The universe would be akin to a sphere with us traveling around the inside surface of it. There is still something outside even if the something is nothing. What would it mean if the universe were an infinite loop? Visualize it. There has to be more. What's beyond those 13.6 billion light years?
