my son is 1 1/2 yrs old. me and his afther broke up b4 i found out i was preggo. he knew it was his but was in an out of jail he never met his son until he was like 2 months old. didnt see him again till he was 8 months old and we thought we could get back together for the sake of our son. well that didnt work out. i threw him out in march of 08 and he has only seen his son once since then. i filed for child support and they couldnt serve him his papers so i cant get child support at all!!! isnt that BS!! i know he is in jail again and i called the enforcement agency and told them so hopefully i can finally get it. not that he will pay if he had the chance anyway
