Why does it feel that a man has a need to rescue me? And why do men want independent women but then they don't?? Oye Ve!

Houston is wonderful and I can handle the drivers if they just stay out of my way...

What makes Houston SO GREAT!!!! I've got the country and the city. I can go horse back riding and the Galleria in the same day... I can find anything here. Except a man. But I do like that I can go to Target in my sweats and chances are, I will not run into ANYONE I know, unlike my home town where everyone knew my next move before I did... I Love Houston!!!

Oh yes... I have found plenty. But none are ready for anything serious. I have discovered recently, that about 85% of people online dating are just trying to get their feet wet again after being hurt. They are undecided if they want to even try again and aren't over the past yet. It makes it difficult to have a good, intriguing conversation with someone who doesn't even know who they are right now. So I have met a whole bunch of friends :) Oh I forgot... Women need to be independent but not... WTF??

That freaks me out.... It has actually happened to me and I was not impressed!!! NOBODY DO THIS!!!!
