If you want to get rid of the back pain for good then excercise will do it. Mostly running or streching your leg muscles which in turn streches your buttock muscles which in turn stretches your back muscles which in turn keeps your back align like it is suppose too. Lack of excercise is the major reason we get back pain as we get older. How many kidds do you know with back pain. I also have a friend who say`s a table spoon of red cidar vinagor a day will keep your back pain away. Not to mention help anyone loose weight as well if they need it. Good Luck
