The blunt truth. The great majority of younger guys that hit on older women are looking for one thing, sex with an older woman. The game is, If they can talk you into it, you teach them what they need to know. So when they find the young girl they desire to be with, you get dumped. Then again, There are older women out there that like teaching young boys. I had mine many years ago. It was my summer of 42. Lately for a few days now...been fighting off a 75 yr old hitting on me for sex 
But am finding it amusing as well

After I started talking to men online..I noticed how many young men were hitting on older women. Is this a new phenomenon with young men brought on by the Internet or...has this always been the norm? I was kinda shocked by it all. I then remembered back to when I was 25 and caught my then husband flirting with an older woman with teenagers. I get more messages from younger men then I do from men closer to my age.... some are younger then my kids... But it is nice to know somebody still finds you attractive... even if they are to young.. lol 
I know what you mean.. I have the same problem.. glad to know I'm not the only one feeling that... Do you have the answer of what to do... let me know if you figure it out...lol

Cuz I am a firm believer I The Law Of Attraction, I believe that you attract what you think. Sadly we all are bombarded with so much negativety that we hold those thoughts that not many people know how to love anymore. Then we attract that into our lives.

Yes. It was always that way. Age is the least of what matters to getting laid. Is this a new phenomenon with young men brought on by the Internet
I think it has far more to do with medical technology than internet technology. There's a reason why The Graduate did so well in the box office. It's not a new phenomenon. The internet just allows more people to know and gossip about what all of their neighbors in other houses, neighborhoods, cities, states, and countries are doing. has this always been the norm?
Not really a "norm" like openly accepted as a standard, just not uncommon and usually more subtle and kept away from the neighbors. Has it always been kinda the "norm" to hit on women in the same manner as on the internet? No. The internet provides anonymity and safety. Instead of being extra nice and helpful to your friends mom, you can go online and ask directly for sex. Instead of buying apples and candy for the teacher, you see a teacher from another school on a website and send her pictures of your junk. No slapping, no calling someone's mom to tell them what you did, no "my kid won't be hanging out with you anymore," no, "you've got a reputation."
