In my spare time I write music and poetry but I've never published anything I've done solo.

The closest to publishing anything is original songs I worked on with a close friend who was lead-singer of my band over a decade ago until she changed schools. That was the end of the band as well.

I'll see what I have but I don't think my solo stuff is very good.

OK canucksfan...remember you asked.... :)

you seem picky....it's too much info - too long for my taste anyway, normally I wouldn't even read anything that long and I did not read all of yours, but i'm just one person

no woman wants a man to tell them how to dress, wear her hair or makeup...all u need to care about is that we look nice and u care about who we are on the inside

and more and better photos

look at cuddlemonster's

sorry I feel like honesty is what u were asking for and I KNOW from your posts on here you are really nice

so maybe tweak the profile to show it! :) good luck cowboy :)

Yup, Sweetestgirl1, I completely agree with ur analysis of Canucksfan94's profile. Seemed a bit 'b!tchy' to me as well, while still hinting that he's 'kinda' smart, and as he was new and on the same tiny island as myself, I tried to befriend him and that 'direct' obnoxious personality, turned me right off. The guy thought I was stalking him????? Could u imagine?

**** was hilarious rofl

Although however, he did teach me a very valuable lesson, which is: See the guys with the huge personalities in their profiles and just keep it moving. They're drama scared

Wow, I was wondering how long it would take... hell hath no fury eh?

A good balance of dominance and aggression. Tall, big hairy chest. Other then that, it's the personality that does it for me.

Well, hello there lilredhollyhood... flowerforyou

Intelligence, creativity and grace...

There is nothing more attractive to me than an intelligent, creative, gentle girl with a cute face. There also has to be chemistry otherwise, nothing will happen but the exchange of words and the rapid onset of boredom.

If I'm honest, I do have my physical preferences, I like slender girls with big boobs and proportionate hips and butts and I'm a legs guy but a hot body is a bonus... she must be graceful, creative, lady-like and brilliant.

An architect, artist, great writer or physicist with the look of Lexa Doig, Kristin Kreuk (during the smallville days), Mavis Pan Shuang Shuang or Alizé Lim and I'm out of control. drool love

I suppose that's what I'm looking for here on mingle2...

As you can see, I've backed off and your thread is all yours again.

Looks like you've gotten mega answers from the lovely ladies of the Mingle2 population.

...and that's MR. ****ing elitist ****ing *** clown to you sir, ok?

I actually thought i read an apology from you-that he accepted......i even thought you were almost becoming buddys????

But hey,i could also be ''seeing things''!

Well I did apologize and it did seem that he was cool about it but then...

I've got no issue with him, so whatever issue he has with me, that's his prerogative.

Everyone has their own reasons for asking for a rating. My reason has nothing to do with how I view myself or self-esteem issues but simply to do with how I'm perceived based on what I wrote.

I'm a very direct and very blunt person, those who know me well know what I mean when I speak and what is left unsaid when I make a statement.

I am used to fact that I can meet people for the first time un-intentionally piss them off because I am sometimes too direct... for me I generally don't see the point in mincing words, I say what I have to say and if someone has a problem with that, then it's too bad.

This however may not work too well in my favour on a dating site since what I write is all any girl has to go by and since the point of being here is to meet a girl that I want date and potentially have a meaningful relationship with, I'd like to make sure that my profile reflects who I am in a way that she will get me.

Since my mind doesn't work like that of most people, what I may perceive as an attractive profile may not be seen the same way in the eyes of others, so I ask and then use that feedback to improve on the way I present myself.
