frankly, i cant believe you cant meet someone. if you were closer to my age and my home, i wouldnt mind meeting. you sound very interesting.

i know. im very proud of him. he is a good kid and he is totall ready but im very connected to him creatively and spiritually so i miss him already. but i have my 2 jack russells to fill my space.not the same really is it?

I had my second ACL replacement in May and i keep getting infections inside the knee. they dont know why. I am in a lot of pain tonight so the icecream worked perfect

no. he wasnt THAT bad. However the fact that he wanted to meet up in some parking lot and not even buy me a drink, i knew i was in trouble. i made him meet me in a bar. we had a couple of drinks. cute but so not my type of personality!!!! NEXT!!!!!!!

I am brand new to this site. Ive actually tried several others and have had hit or miss success just in dating nevermind a relationship. Ive had one long distance relationship that I thought was going so well. i think he got to backed into the lies that he had been telling me and he just disappeared. I was heartbroken and cynical. Reading everything on here has given me some new enthusiasm. i may even give the long distance thing a try again. Maybe not that long distance but we'll see. tahnks everyone!!

I am new to this board and i saw your post. i am a Christian who was prayed upon about 3 weeks ago for terrible post infection post op knee pain. pain so bad that i was taking 6 Percs a day and still struggling. 24 hours later I had no pain at all and i have been great ever since. I believe strongly in the power of Christ so I will pray for her and ask Christ to be with her and help her to get through whatever she is struggling with. In Christ's name.

Not crazy about the message board format. I find that it is a little slow. I would much rather IM or heaven forbid these days, talk on the phone!!! but i wanted to say hello to everyone. i am new to all of this online dating as Im sure are many of you. Does this site work better than some of the more popular ones? I sort of like the format. I have tried one of the more common sites and it was, well lets just say interesting. Truthfully i'm finding dating in my fourties to be quite the adventure. Or maybe misadventure is a better word.
